Track your activities.

Having enough time to do our work is always a problem. We can not extend time. Because there is only 24 hours per day. But many of us feel that 24 hours is not enough.
But you know how much time we waste on useless activities?.
For example whenever we are on online work we not only do our job. But also do the activities like entering in to social websites, chatting, Getting in to a video websites like you tube and watching the latest video clippings etc etc.
That is why social websites are prohibited in some working places and schools.(but our kids are so intelligent  and they know getting back the prohibited website is another matter).
We make phone calls to our friends and relatives and speak continuously with out knowing the time passes. Sending sms is another time consuming activities of our youths.
We all do these activities with out knowing how much time we are wasting .
Next time take a paper and pen.
Record how much time you take to do this each activity.
You will get a surprise report.
Once you find how much time we are wasting our time on useless activities you will became aware.
And we not only can find useless works but also find the when we are ideal and how we can make it useful.
Tracking the time we spend to do our activities is the first step in time management.
Thank  you . Bye.

one work at one time.

Alarm bell rang.
John got wakeup. It was 5.30.according to his time table 5:30 to 6:00 was the time for his morning exercises. But he felt sleepy. When once again opened his eyes it was 5:50.
Oh!  There is only 10 minutes for his exercises.
John wake up quickly and did the exercises. At 6:00 he stopped his exercises. Because it was time (6:00to 6:15) for taking bath. He felt unsatisfied because he hadn’t done the exercise properly.
When he tried to enter the bath room there was his brother taking bath. He can get in the bath room at only 6:10.he get out of the bathroom at 6:15 with out taking proper bath because according to his time table 6:15 to 6:30 was meditation. He can not concentrate on meditation.
At 6:30 he opened his discrete mathematics book according to his time table 6:30 to 7:00 was study time. As a problem couldn’t get understand to him he can not finish a single problem with in 7:00 am.
He saw the clock. It was 7:05am.
It is the time for playing tennis with jack. But jack hadn’t arrived. He called him on cell phone. But mobile was switched off.
It was 7:30. According to his time table it was time for his breakfast.
Door bell rang.
It was jack. But according to his time table he can not play with jack
He got frustrated, annoyed and irritated.
When ever we made our time planning the clock becomes our master.
We will get frustrated and irritated.
Instead of it try the following manner.
Do work at one time with out hurry.
By completing each task one by one we can finish our tasks easily.
So next time don’t make time tables. because it can become a torture.
